Configuration Frame Exceptions

  • PMU Connection Tester, IEEE C37.118-2005: Section 6.4 Does not explicity define "FrequencyDefinition" as a field in the Configuration Frame. I'm keeping this open as an exception for now. However, I have verified that the "FrequencyDefinition" displayed is an intended feature of the PMU Connection Tester and is defined in the openPDC framework. June 18, 2010
